I initially trained in spinal surgery through Spinal Surgery Fellowships at the Victoria Hospital and B.C. Children’s Hospital in London, Canada after completing my Orthopaedic training at the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Brisbane.

I undertake regular professional development throughout Australia and overseas in order to assess the latest advancements in spinal surgical options and the best new treatments for my patients.

I educate other Spinal Fellows, Orthopaedic Registrars and Medical Students via my roles at the Princess Alexandra and Mater Children’s Hospitals and I am a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, a Member of the Australian Spine Society and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Association.
